Poster Communication
The authors are required to present their work as follows:
- Time limit for each e-poster presentation: 3 minutes maximum, with slides, followed by 2 minutes maximum of Questions and Answers.
- Your poster presentation will be cut off by the session chair at 3 minutes to ensure the schedule and time for other presenters.
- All oral poster presenters must check in at the Speaker Ready Room prior to their presentations. Any PowerPoint presenter who has not pre-submitted his/her presentation must bring it, on a USB drive to the Speaker Rady Room, at least 24 hours prior to the presentation to have it uploaded onto the server.
- Your presentation will be sent to your assigned meeting room from the Speaker Ready Room. DO NOT plan to download your presentation directly in your assigned meeting room. To avoid waiting in the Speaker Ready Room, you may wish to avoid peak times.
- The uploaded slides from the Speaker Ready Room will automatically be in the room before the session start.
- The speaker-ready room is not intended for designing or creating a PowerPoint but a place to double-check how things are showing. If you need to make changes to the presentation you uploaded, bring the new presentation on a flash drive to be uploaded to replace the earlier version no less than 24 hours before their scheduled presentation.
- The date and time for your poster’s presentation will be specified by the congress organizer before 15 august 2026.
- A separate notification will be sent until 15 august 2026 with upload instructions for the required posters presentation preview PDF and e-posters PDF (with specifically dimensions of the e-posters to be in the exposition). The upload your PDF posters presentation and PDF e-posters (with specifically dimensions of the e-poster) by 3 September 2026.
The poster presentation at the Triennial IOFOS Congress of Forensic Odonto-Stomatology in Lisbon 2026 will be awarded with Sakher Alqahtani Award IOFOS 2026 for the Best Poster Presentation.
